Keep your travel package light. ✈️ Expensive cameras 🎥 with lots of support gear just don’t make sense when you’re traveling and need to create content on the run 🏃♂️. You would much rather capture multiple camera angles and locations that surprise your audience instead of slowing down 🏋️♂️ the creative process. I’m not saying the expensive cameras are going away, rather the story is more important than how big your camera and lens are. _ Sound gear has always been portable🎧🎤 🎛 but now its all about multiple recorders. These are also easy to stash in multiple bags. Lavs are essential, so carry more than one. _ Support gear 🔌💡🛠 (ie, tripods, lights, cables, etc) are a must. You need lights to make it look good. LEDs are amazing and extremely portable. Pack this with what you throw under the plane. (Reminder, no🔋can go under the plane anymore, you must carry them on) _ Live video is amazing 📡 and it’s only going to get better. We are traveling with a full out studio package that allows us to go live no matter where we are in the world. Super exciting and I can’t wait to see how these platforms develop for the content creators. _ Finally, always carry on the essentials📹🔋📷. You can live without clothes for a day but the production must go on 🙌. Also, there is no reason for all those unnecessary airline baggage fees. 💸 Though, sometimes you can’t avoid it.

Seattle Space needle in the background of the shot.
This one surprised me, I've never been to Seattle before and when I woke at 5am to go for a time lapse video, I just grabbed my camera and just started walking toward a place where I figured there would be something to shoot. Turned around and BAM. There was the Space Needle and the Seattle Skyline. Opened the tripod and started capturing.
We recently finished a corporate video for @FamilySelfCare for their fundraising.
We shot in New York at the Johnson & Johnson Incubator. Worked with voice over talent from both countries and delivered videos in multiple languages (English and French). It was a great experience to work with the Family Self Care Team
