Footage Ownership
Guideline: Clients retain ownership of all raw footage.
Policy: We store a backup for 60 days.
Usage Rights
Guideline: Footage can be used commercially.
Policy: We retain the right to use footage for promotional activities unless opted out.
Credit System
Guideline: Credits must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable.
Policy: Credits expire 12 months from purchase.
Service Quality
Guideline: We commit to high-quality service.
Policy: Reschedule or refund in case of equipment failure.
Client Cooperation
Guideline: Clients secure shoot locations and permissions.
