On-Demand Video Production
Flexible and fast, our On-Demand Video Production service is designed to meet tight deadlines and specific client needs quickly. Whether you need last-minute event coverage or urgent promotional content, we are equipped to deliver professional-quality videos with rapid turnaround times.
Service Guidelines
Booking & Scheduling: Services must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling requires 24 hours' notice.
Service Delivery: On-site service includes up to 3 hours of filming. Additional hours can be purchased using credits or at an hourly rate.
Travel Policy: On-location shoots are subject to travel costs unless otherwise specified. Travel within 30 miles of [Location] is included.
Footage Ownership: Clients retain full ownership of all raw footage. Our team will store a backup for 60 days post-shoot.
Usage Rights: Filming may be used for commercial purposes, with Production Soup retaining the right to use footage for promotional activities unless opted out.
Credit System: Credits for services must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable. Credits expire [X] months from the date of purchase.
Service Quality: We commit to the highest quality of service. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, we will reschedule at no additional cost or refund the credits used.
Client Cooperation: Clients are responsible for securing shoot locations and necessary permissions for filming.
Post-Production: This service includes raw footage delivery only. Post-production services are available for an additional credit cost or fee.
