Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, and software development kits. They help websites function, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site.
A2. Types of Cookies We Use
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site and access controls to function (for example, security and load-balancing by our hosting provider). These cannot be switched off in our systems.
- Analytics / performance — help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. These are set by Google Analytics 4.
We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or to sell your information.

A4. Managing Cookies
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site functions. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Part B — AI DisclosureB1. How We Use AI
Production Soup operates a proprietary, AI-assisted production pipeline. We use artificial-intelligence tools to accelerate and support creative work, which may include generating or enhancing images, video, audio, copy, and design concepts; researching and summarizing information; and automating routine production steps. Some content displayed on the Site may be created or enhanced with these tools.
B2. Human Oversight
AI is a tool, not a replacement for judgment. Creative direction, review, and quality control remain under human supervision. Deliverables are reviewed by our team before they are presented or published.
B3. Third-Party AI Tools & Licensing
Our pipeline may use third-party AI models and services, each governed by its own terms and licensing. The rights you receive in any AI-assisted deliverable are defined by your engagement agreement with us (see our Master Services Agreement) and may be subject to the underlying tool providers' terms. AI models can produce outputs that resemble existing works; we take reasonable steps to deliver original work, but we cannot guarantee that any output is free of similarity to third-party material.
B4. AI Content Disclaimer
AI output is provided without warranty. AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended resemblances, and may not be eligible for the same intellectual-property protections as fully human-authored work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for reliance on AI-assisted content beyond the specific commitments set out in a signed services agreement.
B5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables before use, confirming that final assets meet their regulatory, brand, and legal requirements, and ensuring they hold appropriate rights for any materials they provide to us. Specific allocations of rights, review obligations, and indemnities are set out in our Master Services Agreement.
